Digital products I’ve helped bring to life from the ground up, through major enhancements, or by guiding them to MVP. This includes B2B SaaS platforms, AI tools, and enterprise solutions across multiple industries.
An AI predictive modeling platform used to improve mature oil fields and EOR performance. As Director of Product Management at Tachyus, I was responsible for defining and delivering the overall product strategy, working closely with engineering and data science teams. Aqueon was our flagship platform, and I spent much of my time engaging directly with customers to understand their operational challenges and help shape the product roadmap around real-world needs. The work focused on building tools that combined physics-based simulation with machine learning, helping field teams make faster, more informed decisions about injection planning and reservoir performance.

Baker Hughes’ first commercial iOS app, extending real-time drilling data access to mobile devices for enhanced operational oversight and faster decision-making.As Product Lead, I led this initiative from ideation to launch in collaboration with Kongsberg Digital. The mobile app complemented the core WellLink RT service by delivering real-time well construction data directly to engineers, managers, and remote operations teams enabling on-the-go visibility into drilling KPIs, enhancing responsiveness across drilling operations. This app helped upsell mobile access as a premium feature to international customers, supporting Baker Hughes’ broader strategy of modernizing its remote services and expanding digital capabilities in the field.

A SaaS platform designed to reduce invisible lost time (ILT) and improve drilling efficiency by turning complex operational data into real-time, actionable insights. While in Business Development, I contributed to refining the product’s positioning and rollout strategy. The platform helped operators analyze drilling KPIs like connection times and tripping speed, compare real-time data to planned and benchmark values, and act on ILT root causes faster. It was also integrated with Baker Hughes' SIGNALS advisory service for expert analysis.

MVP Digital Platform to support COVID-19 Elisa based testing programs. As Head of Digital, I led the definition and delivery of an MVP platform developed in partnership with a major academic institution. The goal was to support participant enrollment, sample tracking, and results reporting for a high-volume COVID-19 testing program.Given the pace and sensitivity of the work, the project required quickly aligning with regulatory requirements, understanding complex clinical workflows, and delivering a program that could ready to deploy.

Led the design and delivery of several external-facing corporate websites, working closely with executive stakeholders, content teams, and external agencies. These builds supported company launches, investor relations, an IPO and clinical communications. I was responsible for scoping requirements, selecting platforms, aligning messaging, front end design, CMS implementation and coordinating go-live readiness under tight timelines.

A snapshot of commercial work, primarily in B2B Software as a Service settings, from account growth and partner development to sales strategy and customer success.
After establishing a global “follow-the-sun” support model for the Real-Time SaaS business, I took on a commercial role focused on growth across the Asia Pacific region.Over the following year, I secured multiple new contracts and renewals with both NOCs and IOCs, doubling regional revenue through a mix of new business, upsells, and expanded service adoption. I also supported go-to-market efforts for emerging offerings and secured the first commercial Drilling Performance contract with an Australian operator. On moving to Tachyus, secured the company's first international revenue with major operator in Brunei.

Established and managed key operator relationships across Norway, Malaysia, Oman, Brunei, UAE, France and the UK. Securing multi-year commercial agreements and opening new markets for the company.I built the company’s first customer success framework, focused on aligning delivery with operator needs through structured communication, milestone tracking, and collaborative problem-solving. This approach helped turn early engagements into long-term partnerships and supported successful product adoption in complex, technical environments.

At Baker Hughes, I developed and led a real-time support program for the UK’s largest O&G operator, enabling continuous data connectivity between offshore drilling rigs and their onshore visualization center.Through close collaboration with stakeholder teams, I restructured their feed continuity monitoring approach improving reliability and reducing false positives. This supported a 99.999% uptime KPI and contributed to a strengthened relationship, culminating in contract renewal and extended service engagement for the data aqquisitoon and assimulation service.

Some IT and digital transformation projects I’ve led, spanning enterprise software Impmentations, AI adoption programs and operational change initiatives in both startup and enterprise environments.
Led end-to-end digital transformation initiatives upon a company merger and in preparation for IPO and product approvals.I led the deployment of the company’s first ERP system (SAP ByDesign) in just six months, along with validated GxP platforms for Quality, Document, Learning, and Regulatory Information Management. To support external communication and investor readiness, I implemented an LMR (Legal, Medical, Regulatory) review system for all public-facing content.I also introduced a new Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including a contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution, to improve commercial governance and operational control. To support the expanding R&D function, I led the implementation of electronic lab notebooks (ELNs), systematic sample tracking, and automation of experimental data processing—enabling greater lab efficiency and scientific reproducibility.

Selected for international assignment to establish Baker Hughes’ third global 24/7 operations support center in Kuala Lumpur, complementing existing hubs in Europe and the U.S.I led the end-to-end setup of the center, from recruiting engineers and technical staff to establishing office infrastructure, integrating systems and workflows, and building alignment with regional business units. The KL center became the first in the network to achieve ISO 9001 service quality accreditation.I remained in KL for three years to lead and scale the team, expanding its role to support global clients and strengthening the company’s commercial presence across Asia Pacific.

Led the digital and IT workstreams supporting Vaxxinity’s IPO readiness, aligning internal systems, controls, and external-facing platforms with regulatory and investor expectations.I implemented key IT controls and security measures adopting the NIST framework, introduced structured reporting mechanisms, and supported audit preparedness. On the external side, I managed delivery of the new corporate website, established the company’s brand identity, and launched the Investor Relations portal, including press release workflows, SEC-compliant disclosure protocols, and social media governance.
